House Rules

– Reservation times are strictly enforced –

1.       The Reindeer Room is for ages 21 and over and by reservation only. A $25 hold will be applied to each reservation to secure your spot, which will only be charged in the event of cancellation or no-show. Reservations that have not arrived or contacted us within 30 minutes of their reservation time may be released to accommodate other guests.

2.       Parties of 4 or less will be accommodated with existing seating. Larger parties may have to sit separately and will require additional reservation(s).

3.       All members of your party must be present to check in and be seated. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you enjoy the full experience.

4.       Your table reservation has a time limit of 90 minutes unless the Hostess can accommodate a longer time frame. Once in the speakeasy, no re-entry is allowed.

5.       Elevated dress code encouraged. To preserve the spirit of The Reindeer Room, we kindly ask guests to dress in smart, stylish attire. Ball caps, sandals and overly casual clothing are discouraged.

6.       While we love a shout-out, please use your cell phone discreetly.

7.       No outside food and beverage permitted (even from other SkyPark restaurants).

8.       Kindly keep all furnishings in their place.
